Application Notes:

1. Voltage & Power Compliance

   Verify that the motor’s voltage and power parameters do not exceed the driver board’s rated range (36-72V, ≤100W).  

2. Hall Sensor & Phase Wiring Adjustment 

   Compatible with 120° Hall-sensor BLDC motors.  

    ️ Wiring sequences (Hall/motor phases) may vary by manufacturer. Optimize performance by adjusting sequences.  

3. Thermal Management Guidelines 

   - No heatsink required for motors <100W (ensure natural ventilation).  

   - For heatsink installation: Insulate backside power components to avoid short circuits.   

4. 5V Port Usage Restriction  

   The 5V output port must only connect to onboard peripherals (e.g., potentiometer, switch) for speed/direction control. External devices are prohibited.   

5. Signal Port Specifications

   The "Signa" pin outputs motor speed pulses with <5mA current

Wiring Diagram:


1. Control Port (Left) 

   - GND — Internal control ground of the driver board.  

   - VR — Speed control port. Analog voltage speed regulation (0-5V), linear speed control from low to high. For external PWM speed control, ensure it shares the same ground as the driver board.  

   - Z/F — Forward/reverse rotation control port. Connect to 5V or leave open for one direction; connect to GND for the opposite direction.  

   - Signal — Motor speed pulse signal output port (5V pulse signal).  

   - EL — Enable control. Connect to 5V to allow operation; connect to GND to disable operation.  

   - 5V — Internal 5V output for powering potentiometers, switches, or direction control (do not connect external devices).  

2. Hall Sensor Port (Top Left)  

   - 5V — Positive terminal for motor Hall sensors.  

   - Ha — Motor Hall signal Ha.  

   - Hb — Motor Hall signal Hb.  

   - Hc — Motor Hall signal Hc.  

   - GND — Negative terminal for motor Hall sensors.  

3. Power Port (Right)  

   - VCC — DC power supply positive (+).  

   - GND — DC power supply negative (-).  

   - MC — Motor phase line.  

   - MB — Motor phase line.  

   - MA — Motor phase line.  

4. Port Spacing

   - Control and Hall ports: 2.54mm pitch.  

   - Power ports: 3.96mm pitch.  

5. Installation Note 

   When adding a heat sink or mounting the driver board, ensure proper insulation of the power transistors to avoid short circuits.
