Description
JUYI BLDC Hall Sensor Motor Controller 12-36V 15A Continuous Duty
Application Instructions
1. Confirm the voltage and power parameters of the motor, which must not exceed the specified range of this driver board.
2. Suitable for 120-degree Hall-effect brushless DC motors. Note that wire sequences may vary between different manufacturers
and driver boards. Customers should adjust the Hall wire sequence or motor three-phase wire sequence according to actual
conditions to achieve optimal driving performance .
3. The JYQD_V7.3E3 driver board is a bare board. For motors under 100W, forced cooling is not required, but normal ventilation
must be ensured.
4. The 5V output port on the driver board is strictly prohibited from connecting to external electrical devices. It is only intended for
external potentiometers and switches on this board for speed adjustment and direction change.
5. The "Signa" port on the JYQD_V7.3E3 driver board serves as the motor speed pulse output signal, with an output current less
than 5mA.

Wiring Diagram
1. Hall Sensor Port (Top-Left) • GND – Hall signal negative terminal • Hc – Hall sensor Hc signal input • Hb – Hall sensor Hb signal input • Ha – Hall sensor Ha signal input • 5V – Hall sensor positive power supply (+5V) 2. Control Port (Bottom-Left) • GND – Internal control ground • VR – Speed control: - Analog voltage (0-5V linear adjustment) - PWM speed control (1-20kHz, requires shared ground) • Z/F – Rotation direction: - Connect to 5V or leave floating for forward/reverse rotation; connect to GND for the opposite direction. • Signal – Motor RPM pulse output (5V square wave, max 5mA) • EL – Enable control: - 5V = Enable operation - GND = Disable operation • 5V – Internal 5V output only for potentiometer/switch speed control (Prohibited for external devices) 3. Power Port (Right) • VCC – DC power input positive (+) • GND – DC power input negative (-) • MA/MB/MC – Motor phase terminals (UVW connections) 4. Critical Notes Wiring Requirements • Motor phase/Hall wires: Avoid excessive length to prevent signal interference. • Port spacing: - Control port: 2.54mm pitch - Power port: 3.96mm pitch Thermal Management • When adding heat sinks or mounting, ensure insulation of power transistors to avoid short circuits.
